Welcome to Quilting With A Passion!
Are you passionate
about quilting? If you answered with a resounding "Yes!", then
indulge yourself in this site!
But before you go
exploring, if you are not a first time visitor, you will notice many changes,
the first of which is this page. Most of the items that were on this page
are now easily accessible from the braided, interactive menu bar above.
This entire site is in the process of being revamped and I have tried organizing
the interactive buttons so that you can easily find things. For instance,
if you want to see what I have newly added to the site, or the pages I have
updated last, or projects that are currently in progress, then select
"New & Updated". If you would like to view my recommended projects for
this time of the year, then select "Featured".
Or, if you are searching
for an organized list of resources that I've compiled from all over the Internet
(pertaining to quilting, of course), then select "Resources". Or,
if you would like to view the publications, articles, tutorials, and so forth, that
I have authored, then select "How To's, Etc." "Patterns" are
all of the patterns on this site that I have designed, and I think you can
figure the rest out for yourself. :)
Thank you for your patience as I transfer each page
over to the new format over the next few weeks. And, please, I invite you
to
contact me, should you have a suggestion, find a dead link, or locate a
graphic that does not appear where it should! Keep in mind, though, that
if the page does NOT have this purple/blue/pink/green background (which does not
print off, should you decide to print something from this site), then that page
has not been updated and is more likely to contain errors. Please only
report problems with pages using the new design format.
The total number of quilts
for the entire project, as well as for the current year (2007) are
now being tracked in the top, right corner of this page. These quilts
have been donated to non-profit organizations
through the
Quilting Passion
Charity
Project
as of the date/timestamp in the top right corner of this page.
This is the most passionate project that I have initiated on this site
("Charity Projects" above) and is very near and dear to me. Members of the
QP Forum immediately wrapped their hearts and hands around this project from day
one, which was March 05, 2002. Since then, we have touched thousands of
lives that have been negatively impacted due to a terminal illness, severe
trauma, or some other terrible tragedy. We always welcome the donation of
a quilt, as our waiting list continues to grow!
Happy quilting and thank you for viewing my site!
