QP Calendar
We have a voluntary calendar for our members' birthdays and anniversaries. In this way, we can celebrate with you when it's your special day. To be added, e-mail
Terry with your dates... you don't have to put the year down if you don't want to! LOL!

RRCD Charity Quilts
Some of our members choose to participate in making charity quilts. You can participate in one of two ways: make a quilt from start to finish by yourself, or participate in our Round Robin Charity Drive (RRCD) program, which is a great way to work on a charity quilt without committing to the time and expense of doing an entire quilt yourself.

It works like this: One person begins a quilt (there are a variety of methods to do this that are quick and simple!) and will post the project for others to help with. This includes adding one or more borders, donating batting, donating backing material, doing the quilting, putting on the binding, and providing the label. If you want to participate in RRCD projects, e-mail
Peggy to be added to the RRCD list, then (once approved), begin volunteering on the forum in the threads of the charity quilts you wish to participate in.  You can participate as much, or as little, as you wish!  This is 100% voluntary and if you volunteer, then find that "life happens", simply notify Peggy and she'll request another volunteer to step into your spot.

Swaps
Part of what makes our forum so much fun are the swaps that are organized. Swaps are great because you can receive items that you would never think to get or make yourself, and it's a great way to add to your stash or to make a truly memorable, unique quilt. There are many kinds of swaps we host, including (but not limited to)
noodles, 10" fabric squares, and blocks. Please read our Swap Etiquette page before signing up for any swaps so you know what you're getting yourself into and what is expected from you.  One perk of following the Swap Etiquette is that you can expect what is expected of you!  :)
