A text editor in which to type in your HTML code (NotePad/WordPad is on every PC running Windows), |

A place to put your Web pages (There are many free Web space sites!), |

|
A Web browser with which to view your work (like Internet Explorer, which is the one that I use for testing, or Netscape). |
